1. the product control and wiring part of the housing is cast aluminum alloy zl102.

2. after the surface is processed by high-speed shot blasting and other processes, it adopts advanced automatic high-pressure electrostatic spray and heat curing line technology.

3. the heating element shell is made of stainless steel, and the inside is made of high temperature resistant insulating glue pressure injection molding electric heating body.

4. all exposed fasteners are made of stainless steel.

5. when installing, insert the electric heating tube into the liquid or gas in the container such as the water tank, fuel tank, reaction tower, tank, etc., fix the flange and the box bolt, and check the sealing condition.

6. this product is an explosion-proof component and must be used in conjunction with a temperature interlocking control device such as a thermocouple.

7. the heating pipe is not heated in the range of 100mm near the flange surface. in use, the heating part should be deeper than 50mm of the medium to be heated to ensure that the heating temperature of the electric heater is within the control range.
